Duration of BA Social Work KNUST course

The BA Social Work KNUST is a four-year degree program which leads to the award of the degree in Social Work.

BA Social Work KNUST cut off point play an important role in assisting applicants in the process of selecting their course at KNUST. Therefore, students who wants to apply must meet with the cut off points of the school before applying.

The basic requirements are that applicants should have credits passes (A1-C6) in six (6) subjects’ core subject English, Mathematics, Integrated Science or Social. Elective subjects Government, Economics, Literature in English, French, Business Management.

Applicants must satisfy the university’s general requirements. To be qualified for admission prospective applicants must have the following requirements.

WASSCE/SSSCE APPLICANTS

Credit passes in three core subjects English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science or Social.
Credit passes in three elective subjects Literature in English, History, Government, Economics, Business Management, Electives Mathematics, General Arts Electives,Science Electives

A’ LEVEL APPLICANTS

Applicants with A’ Level qualification must have five (5) credits at O’ Level, including English and Mathematics and passes three (3) in A’ Level subjects: History, Government, Religious Studies, Government, Literature in English.

MATURE APPLICANTS

You must be 25 years of age to qualify at the time of summiting your applicant forms.

Applicants can be with WASSCE/SSSCE or O level qualification.
