The KNUST BSc Dental Surgery (BDS) program is a Six-year degree program that awards the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree.

Applicants must satisfy the university’s general requirements. To be qualified for admission prospective applicants must have the following requirements.

WASSCE/SSSCE APPLICANTS

  • Credit passes in core subjects: English Language, Integrated Science, Mathematics
  • Credit passes in elective subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics.

A’ LEVEL APPLICANTS

Applicants with A’ Level qualification must have five (5) credits at O’ Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent plus three (3) credits at the A’ Level in Chemistry, Biology, Physics.

MATURE APPLICANTS

You must be 25 years of age to qualify at the time of submitting your applicant’s form.

Applicants can be with WASSCE/SSSCE or O level qualification.
