Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) offers a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Real Estate. This program aims to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in real estate management, property valuation, urban land economics, and related areas.
The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications, preparing graduates for careers in real estate development, property management, valuation, and consultancy.
Applicants must satisfy the university’s general admission. To be qualified for admission the prospective applicants must have the following requirements
Five (5) credits at O’ Level including English and Mathematics, additional Three (3) A’ Level passes, two of which shall be Economics and Geography, at a grade not less C. Preference will be given to a third A’ Level pass in Government, History or Mathematics. OR diploma in Estate Management holders with at least Five (5) credits at O’ Level including English and Mathematics.
Applicants must also pass the General Paper.
Applicants must be 25 years old at the time of summitting the application EITHER five (5) credits at O’ Level including English and Mathematics.
OR WASSCE/SSSCE credits passes in Three (3) elective subjects including Geography and Economics OR should hold a Diploma/HND in Estate Management. Within the case of Diploma holders, three years of working experience
Applicant with the Standard National Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in estate management or other relevant Diploma qualification from a recognized University or Polytechnic with CWA o 70% and above
