KNUST BSc In Real Estate Admission Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the university’s general admission. To be qualified for admission the prospective applicants must have the following requirements

WASSCE/SSSCE

  • Credit passes in Three Elective subjects including Geography, Economics and a third subject relevant to the Land Economy Programme ideally. Government, French, Building Construction, Business Management, Business Mathematics, Mathematics and Technical Drawing.
  • Credit passes in Three Elective subjects including Economics, and two other subjects from the following: Geography, Accounting, Business Mangement, Business Mathematics, Government, Building Contruction, Technical Drawing, General knowledge in Art and French

A’ Level Applicants

Five (5) credits at O’ Level including English and Mathematics, additional Three (3) A’ Level passes, two of which shall be Economics and Geography, at a grade not less C. Preference will be given to a third A’ Level pass in Government, History or Mathematics. OR diploma in Estate Management holders with at least Five (5) credits at O’ Level including English and Mathematics.

Applicants must also pass the General Paper.

Mature Applicants

Applicants must be 25 years old at the time of summitting the application EITHER five (5) credits at O’ Level including English and Mathematics.

OR WASSCE/SSSCE credits passes in Three (3) elective subjects including Geography and Economics OR should hold a Diploma/HND in Estate Management. Within the case of Diploma holders, three years of working experience

Diploma holders

Applicant with the Standard National Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in estate management or other relevant Diploma qualification from a recognized University or Polytechnic with CWA o 70% and above
