KNUST BA Economics cut off points is 12. Applicant must have credit in the following courses:
Three core subjects English, Mathematics, Integrated Science or Social. Three electives’ subjects: Economics, Elective Mathematics, Government. these courses must sum up to aggregate 12 or better.

The basic requirements are that applicants should have credits passes (A1-C6) in six (6) subjects’ core subject English, Mathematics, Integrated Science or Social. Elective subjects Economics, Mathematics, and any two of the following Government, French, Literature in English, Business Management, Costing, Accounting
Applicants must satisfy the university’s general requirements. To be qualified for admission prospective applicants must have the following requirements.
Five (5) credits at O’ Level, including English and Mathematics, additional a minimum of two (2) A’ Level passes including Economics and any of the following: French, Government, Literature in English, Business Management, History etc.
Applicants must have pass in General Paper.
Applicants must be 25 years old at the time of summitting application. EITHER five (5) credits at the O’ Level, including Economics, English and Mathematics.
OR credit passes in three (3) elective subjects including Economics and Elective Mathematics additional anyone (1) of the following: French, Government, Literature in English, Business Management, Geography, History.
Applicants must pass a written examination and interview.
