HOW TO REQUEST FOR REFUND OF EXCESS FEES IN KNUST

- Attach a photocopy of the receipt of the latest fee payment YOU made at the bank— Emphasis on payments made by yourself
- Attach a print out of your KNUST Fee Statement
- Do not forget to sign all necessary documents before submission to the Finance office at the main Administration of the school
The processing of the refund is not subject to a fixed timeframe. Processing varies per the number of refund letters that need to be processed in bulk. However, it should be noted that refund takes at least, one month from the date of issue.
