No
Please I am a general arts student who offered elective maths, geography, economics and government as my electives. Please can I become a health administrator? If yes what course should I persue?
It will be very difficult for a g-arts student with no science background to switch into health. Cause without the Biology, physics and chemistry background, you cannot keep up with the class. So it is advices you take short courses on these 3 subjects and write novdec on them to attach to your records that u have background in them

Yes
Please, I am a general arts student with these results from Core mathematics -A1, Science-A1, English-C4, Social studies -B2, History -B2 , Economics-A1, Geography-A1, Elective Mathematics-E8 but I have another certificate which I had C4 in E-Maths in the same school with difference in years. Please, can I offer Economics and if no, which course will be more suitable for me?
You can. Attach the second results to the first one when filling the form. Then calculate the grades with the best 6 from both examinations. After, compare the commuted grade to the cut off point for economics. If you meet it, you're good to go
