Engineering Courses At KNUST Admission Requirements

To be qualified prospective applicants must have the following requirements:

WASSCE/SSSCE APPLICANTS

Credit passes in core subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science and Credit passes in elective subjects or its equivalent relevant to the chosen programme with aggregate 24 or better (WASSCE A1-C6/SSSCE A-D) D7, E8, F9 are not accepted.

GENERAL BUSINESS CERTIFICATE (GBCE)

Holders who possess passes in three compulsory subjects including English Language and Mathematics and passes in any three elective subjects.

ADVANCE LEVEL

Holders with credit  passes in at least five (5) subjects at the GCE O’ Level (or its equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics plus at least three (3) passes in the relevant subjects at the Advanced Level.
