The BSc Radiography University of Ghana is a four-year degree program which leads to the award of the degree in Radiography.
The basic requirements are that applicants should have credits passes (A1-C6) in six (6) subjects’ core subject English, Mathematics, Integrated Science or Social. Three elective’s Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics.
Applicants must satisfy the university’s general requirements. To be qualified for admission prospective applicants must have the following requirements.
Candidates must have completed three relevant Cambridge “A” Level subjects.
A minimum of five (5) passes in the Cambridge ‘O’ Level in mathematics and English are also required.
Three (3) “A” Level subjects Chemistry, Physics, and either Biology or Mathematics must be completed in order for you to be admitted to the University of Ghana and study B.Sc. radiography.
Applicants who have completed Level 100 Biological Science with Physics and have a minimum CGPA of 2.0 can be admitted to the Second Year (Level 200) of the 4-year undergraduate degree programmes.
Applicants who adhere to the IB Diploma Programme and fulfil the following college requirements are encouraged to apply to the University of Ghana. Entry into Level 100 will be available.
At least a Grade 5 in Chemistry and either a Higher Level Biology or Physics course are required of applicants.
Candidates must also possess a minimum of a grade of C in the third science on the IGCSE or its equivalent, as well as a minimum of a grade of 4 in English Language/Literature (SL) and Mathematics (SL).
